Selecting an Installation Location
For optimum sound propagation:
- Install the siren at the highest practical location.
- Avoid nearby buildings, trees, tanks or structures that may obstruct sound.
- Ensure unrestricted airflow around the siren rotor assembly.
- Provide sufficient access for future maintenance.
- Ensure personnel cannot accidentally contact moving components.
