A quotation does not constitute a binding order until accepted by Sirenco in writing and any required payment, purchase order or confirmation has been received.

Quoted pricing, freight costs, lead times and availability may be subject to change due to material costs, freight conditions, exchange rates or project-specific requirements.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when submitting enquiries, requesting quotations or placing orders.

Sirenco is not responsible for delays, incorrect recommendations or additional costs resulting from incomplete, inaccurate or outdated information supplied by the customer.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to production schedules, freight availability, customs clearance, destination requirements or events outside Sirenco's control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and for any import duties, taxes, permits, customs requirements or local compliance obligations unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Warranty and returns are handled in accordance with Sirenco's Warranty & Returns Policy.

Products must not be returned without contacting Sirenco first and receiving return instructions.

If you upload drawings, photographs, specifications or other project material, you confirm that you have the right to provide those materials to Sirenco.

Sirenco may use submitted materials to assess requirements, provide quotations, recommend products and deliver technical support.

All website content, images, drawings, product information, text, branding and design elements are owned by Sirenco or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute website content without prior written consent from Sirenco.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sirenco is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from website use, enquiry handling, product selection or product operation.

Sirenco's liability for supplied products is limited to the repair or replacement terms set out in the applicable warranty policy and any mandatory rights that cannot be excluded by law.
